DEIB and Employee Experience Intern

This intern supports inclusion programs, employee resource groups and the engagement calendar that shapes daily experience at work.

Work Setup:

• Remote for applicants outside Cebu City
• Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.

What You'll Do:

Programs and Events

• Support planning and execution of DEIB programs, ERG activities and engagement events
• Prepare event materials, logistics checklists and post-activity reports

Employee Listening

• Assist in building and administering surveys, focus groups and feedback channels
• Help consolidate qualitative and quantitative results into readable summaries

Culture and Wellbeing

• Research inclusion and wellbeing practices in other organizations for benchmarking
• Draft internal announcements and awareness materials for company-wide programs

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Social Science, Development Studies or a related discipline
• Comfortable facilitating conversations and working with people across levels
• Able to handle sensitive topics and confidential feedback with maturity
• Basic skill in survey tools and in summarizing open-ended responses

Bonus Points

• Event management experience, Canva or basic qualitative coding
