Decommissioning Technician

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Engineers/Managers in completing work activities in a timely and effective manner, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)/ Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Coordinate with the planner and ensure decommissioning activities for Equipment and Utility/Facility areas are carried out by technicians according to the approved plan.
- Coordinate with vendors for the execution of decommissioning activities for equipment and Utilities/ Facility.
- Support calibration activities
- Perform EHS actions identified during GEMBA walkdowns, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and similar assessments.
- Perform Exposure Control Plan (ECP) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- At least 3 years of technical experience in either plant equipment calibration or commissioning in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Familiar with GMP
- Experience with the SAP Plant Maintenance module
