The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on survey programming experience using the Decipher platform
- Strong background in online survey programming, survey testing, and survey deployment within market research environments
- Experience programming complex survey logic, skip patterns, piping, quotas, validations, and randomization
- Knowledge of survey scripting languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related programming concepts
- Experience working with panel providers and managing respondent distribution and survey links
- Familiarity with market research processes, survey quality control, and data integrity standards
- Ability to troubleshoot programming issues, identify inconsistencies, and resolve survey-related errors efficiently
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within fast-paced research operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and international stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement
Your Daily Tasks
- Convert questionnaires into fully functional online surveys
- Review and test surveys to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors before launch
- Publish and manage live surveys for participant engagement
- Coordinate with panel providers to distribute survey links to target participants
- Monitor survey responses to ensure participant quality and data integrity
- Close surveys after data collection and prepare datasets for analytics teams
- Perform administrative tasks and research related to survey operations
