Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Debt Collection Trainer / Training Manager to join our team at our Mandaluyong office. The role involves developing, implementing, and conducting training programs for debt collection practices, aligning with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, creating training materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices to ensure staff excellence in meeting targets. The Trainer/Manager will work closely with leadership to optimize training initiatives and drive effective operational results.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in training content development and instructional design for effective learning programs
• Skills in performance analysis, evaluation, and feedback for team growth and competency improvement
• Experience in debt collection processes, strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in public speaking, presentation skills, and conducting group training sessions
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting as it pertains to collections and operational performance
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high-performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the debt collection industry is highly advantageous
