Job Overview: As a Pit Boss, you will be the overseer of the casino floor operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant gaming experience. You will manage the performance of dealers and other staff, monitor customer behavior, and address any issues that arise. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the games and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the operations of assigned task.

• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.

• Monitor customer behavior and address any issues or disputes that arise.

• Oversee the performance of dealers, and other staff within the pit.

• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and payouts.

• Implement and enforce security measures to prevent cheating and ensure fair play.

• Provide excellent customer service and enhance the gaming experience.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

• Assist with training and onboarding new employees.

• Participate in promotional activities and special events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in casino operations or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of casino games and rules.

• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
