Job Description

  • Ensure the efficient conduct of table games according to established policies and procedures while maintaining game security and integrity.
  • Provide high-quality service to manage patron expectations.
  • Deal assigned games in accordance with standard operating rules and procedures.
  • Demonstrate competence in chip work, float management, card placement, accurate payout, and other required skills.
  • Pay winning and collect losing wagers in a correct and smooth flow of the game, including cash buy-ins, chip buy-ins, and color changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and maintain patron identity and gaming history confidentiality.
  • Handle patron concerns quickly and efficiently within the scope of authority.
  • Invite patrons to register for card membership and assist with any related queries.
  • Perform manual shuffles or facilitate machine shuffles of cards as applicable.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as attendance and punctuality guidelines of the job.
  • Ensure compliance with company grooming standards.
