Responsible in the achievement of sales target in assigned region through monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of fleet transaction and dealer marketing activities.
Collaborates and maintains a good working relationship with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other stakeholders to attain the set business goals.
Conducts market and competitor analysis and develops strategies to increase the market share of Isuzu units in all dealerships.
Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
Leads a team in the implementation of proposed strategic activities and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
Requirements
Graduate of Business Management or related course.
With at least 12 years of sales experience; experience in the dealer sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.
With at least 3 years leadership experience.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
