QUALIFICATION:
> College / University Graduate
> 2-3 years dealer automotive work experience
FUNCTION:
> Performance Management Platform Utilization
> Evaluation of Sales and Aftersales Operations and Employee Management for the entire HMPH
dealer network
> Ensure strict compliance of all dealers to Hyundai global standards
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Conduct evaluation on dealer's compliance to Hyundai global standards semi-annually (total of 136
evaluation items per dealer)
> Upload photo evidences on Performance Management Platform semi-annually
> Discussion of HDPM evaluation findings to all dealers and HMPH operations team
> Require and assist dealers on their action plans to address non-compliance on Performance
Management Platform to ensure target attainment
> Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that recommendations are implemented and assess the
effectiveness of corrective actions
> Periodically coordinate with HMPH sales/aftersales operations team to align with the updated
Hyundai standards
> Respond to dealer's questions/concerns relating to Performance Management evaluation findings
> Relevant tasks assigned as deemed by Management
