The Role
As an Deal Execution Officer for Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating and executing investment banking deals.
How You'll Contribute
- Conducts industry and company specific research and study to assist in the identifications of and/or analysis of potential business or financing opportunities
- Creates, manages and assists in the preparation of financial models and business valuations in order to help analyze the viability of a company's financials and business model
- Assists in the origination of mandates by developing and cultivating client relationships including but not limited to pitching and preparing client presentations
- Assists in the execution of investment banking deals by preparing and attending to information materials and ensure correctness and adequacy of such information, conducting due diligence and helping structure the right product for the client, among others
- Supports and assists senior bankers in the origination and execution of investment banking deals to generate revenue from clients
- Supports and assists senior bankers in the origination and execution of investment banking deals by preparing reports/ memoranda necessary for internal approvals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3 years of work experience, with strong financial background and experience in either debt, equity, or advisory-related transactions
- Has the knowledge of investment banking products, services and processes
- With effective marketing, sales and negotiating skills
- Has the ability to assist in executing investment banking transactions
