Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical DOC Specialist to join our Commercial Support Services team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in bridging complex deal requirements with seamless execution to help turn sales opportunities into active revenue. By converting sales data into clear pricing models, actionable reports, and accurate contract packages, your expertise will help streamline our commercial process and keep our internal teams connected. What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Build complex pricing models, schedules, and complete contract packages to ensure seamless execution via e-signature platforms.
- Analyze sales and customer data across multiple systems to deliver actionable insights, custom reports, and metric tracking.
- Manage Requests for Information, Quality Assurance, and Information Security Questionnaires while ensuring alignment with internal compliance policies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, and country teams to maintain transparent updates across open deal lifecycles.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and lead targeted initiatives to improve overall sales support efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support functions or global deal operations.
- Strong knowledge of pricing models, deal lifecycle management, and contract package preparation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and pricing tools, with Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- University degree in business, economics, or a related field.
