Role Overview
Provide manual contract drafting support for Deal Strategy (Medium Complexity). The Deal Strategy team is responsible for drafting, structuring, and executing pricing agreements that clients sign. The Sr. Deal Analyst supports the team by handling more straightforward contract drafting responsibilities. Draft basic contracts, amendments, and adjustments, and ensure all required approvals are obtained for accurate execution. Deliver a fluctuating volume of tasks within defined timelines while maintaining consistent quality. Provide guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuring.
What you'll be doing:
- Draft contracts using templates and customize as needed
- Ensure correct approvals and reviews based on complexity
- Handle edits requested by sellers and confirm supportability
- Collaborate with multiple teams for case resolution
- Adjust contract language for commercial legal terms (pricing managed separately)
- Triage cases based on type, complexity, and deal size
- Use quoting tools and handle scenarios that cannot be built in CPQ but require contracting
- Coordinate with Monetization Ops for onboarding and edit validation
- Liaise with Legal and Sales teams
Who Thrives Here:
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Salesforce case management experience is a must
- 3+ years in a deal support role within a tech environment
- Proven track record in managing manual and automated processes
- Prior experience in contracting or similar roles
- Strong Microsoft Word skills (document locking, formatting)
- Majority of tasks involve manual drafting in Microsoft Word
- Previous experience in large, complex organizations
- Proficiency in drafting and editing contracts following detailed SOPs
- Ability to work across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones for coverage
