Processes transactions, interacts with clients in certain instances, front office, operations, compliance, accounting and other internal and external business partners to complete daily. RESPONSIBILITIES: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Perform day-to-day operations by processing transactions, performing critical functions while maintaining excellent service levels. 2. Performs various reconciliation tasks. 3. Prepare and review operational reports. 4. Assist in resolving issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business. 5. Responsible for having an overall knowledge of all department processes. 6. Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business. 7. Research and resolve issues and act as liaison with the clearing firm in support of the business. 8. Assist with gathering information at the direction of management for audit requests. 9. Function as critical staff for business recovery. 10. Supports ad-hoc projects as needed under the direction of the supervisor/manager OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: . 2 to 3 years experience in Brokerage Operations . Candidates with brokerage operations experience are expected to possess transferable knowledge relevant to Annuity Commissions. . Voice proficiency at least B2
