RESPONSIBILITIES: . Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% of time on processing transactions. . Act as escalation point to the Associate manager . Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled. . Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals. . Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance) . Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
. With at least 3 years relevant experience 1-year supervisory experience
. Payroll and SAP experience are required
