Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include: . Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system (all new hires might require some direction initially) . Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate . Follow established policies, procedures and methods . Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned . Meet established goals and objectives . Patent Application & Processing (Japan patent and Foreign Patent) . Patent Prosecution . Helpdesk Operations . Patent Maintenance Fee Payments (Pension, Billing and Trademark) . Data Entry and Reporting OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: . At least 3 years relevant work experience in Intellectual Property or in Patent . Supervisory experience is not required . Open to all BPO and Non-BPO Industry
