POSITION TITLE: Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Identify and investigate potential fraud or identity misuse cases.
. Review account activity, behavioral patterns, and identity data to detect scams, account takeover, or misuse of personal information.
. Assess whether fraudulent activity occurred, determine root cause, and evaluate risk exposure.
. Recommend appropriate actions to prevent financial loss and protect customers and the institution.
. Make timely, risk-based decisions supported by thorough analysis.
. Document findings, decisions, and actions clearly and accurately in line with policy.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: . Fraud profile . With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience . QA experience is not required - project will upskill internally . With at least 1 year supervisory experience
