POSITION TITLE: Field Force Network Svcs Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency and timely service. Key duties include leading, motivating, training the team, managing performance, resolving customer issues, fostering cross-department collaboration, and handling special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Oversee the daily operations of the dispatch center
. Ensure that all dispatch operations are performed in a timely and efficient manner
. Monitor the performance of members and provide feedback
. Train and develop members
. Resolve customer issues and complaints
. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
. Lead and motivate the dispatch team to achieve goals
. Create and maintain a positive work environment
. Handle special projects assigned by management

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: . Standard Team Lead profile no domain . At least 3 years solid experience 1-year supervisory experience
