DCM Analyst/Associate

Job Description:

• Conduct analysis on Group's debt profile and assess financing risks for the Group
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to manage financing risks for the Group
• Assist in development and execution of fund-raising strategies (e.g. capital market issuances) for the Group
• Evaluation of proposed transaction structure
• Deal management and documentation
• Evaluate financing instruments/solutions, and its suitability to Group needs
• Monitor and understand macro factors affecting both onshore and offshore markets
• Champion adoption of technology for process improvements
• Proactively liaise and regularly dialogue with various business units to gather data, develop and execute funding strategies

Key Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance or data science
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented and meticulous with numbers/data
• Good excel modeling skills, AI knowledge is preferred
• College degree in Economics or Finance or other Business-related fields
