Responsibilities:
- Manage database SLA, architecture, and routine maintenance.
- Handle updates, migrations, and performance optimizations for large-scale databases (Oracle, MySQL, TiDB).
- Monitor and resolve database issues; maintain backups, high-availability setups (DG, master-slave replication), and flashback features.
- Automate maintenance tasks and optimize SQL, OS, and database parameters.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on data-related problems and system improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in large database maintenance.
- Strong Linux (CentOS) knowledge; scripting skills (Shell, Python).
- Experience with database installation, backup, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate, HA technologies, and monitoring tools (Zabbix, PMM, OEM, Grafana).
- Strong responsibility, analytical thinking, and work ethic.
