Work Setup:

  • Onsite Setup
  • Shifting Schedule

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
  • With at least 3 months of BPO experience handling voice international account or at least 3 months direct sales experience from other industries
  • At least HS Grad (Old Curriculum)

Nice to have:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
