- Serve as the primary internal subject-matter expert and point of contact for Dayforce-related matters.
- Lead larger Dayforce initiatives as the internal project manager, coordinating internal stakeholders and external technical resources.
- Support effective governance through change control, documentation, testing, release management, and operational monitoring.
- Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance across Dayforce WFM, including schedules, timekeeping, accruals, business structure, and pay policies.
- Own the change request pipeline by assessing business requirements, translating them into system configuration, testing in sandbox, and deploying approved changes to production.
- Act as internal project manager for new module go-lives, multi-country rollouts, major integrations, complex re-platforming, and other initiatives beyond standard configuration scope.
- Train HR and business users on new configurations, processes, and Dayforce features as they are deployed.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce (Ceridian) configuration experience across at least two of the following: WFM, Compensation, Payroll, or Performance.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing configuration changes from business requirement through testing and deployment.
- Experience participating in or leading a Dayforce implementation, module rollout, or major system change project, either client-side or through a systems integrator or consulting firm.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, timelines, RAID logs, UAT planning, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Experience serving as a liaison to Dayforce Professional Services or third-party developers, including writing clear technical requirements and validating delivered configuration or code.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate between HR/business stakeholders and technical resources.
