Job Description and Requirement
- Responsible for maintenance of Datacom equipment (Router/Switch).
- Provide technical support to customers through remote trouble-shooting, assist to recover the service when outage happen in live network.
- Perform the patch update or upgrade activity for Datacom equipment (CX600/ATN900/NE40E/S5300 Series etc.) to fix software defects or for version unification.
- Onsite Maintenance support for critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
- Make and review the technical solution to solve the issue basing on the troubleshooting, and perform the solution implement in live network for 6customer, ensure the operation success.
- Perform the pro-active maintenance activities such as rectification, risk elimination, switchover, accident drill, contingency plan and topology update, EOS management, ensure the network running stably.
- Communicate with customer about the technical solution scheme, organize the routine service delivery meeting, maintain the customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction.

- Willing to work onsite (office location: BGC or Makati)
