DATABASE SPECIALIST / ENCODER

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• handles records of inquiries, phone call and logs them in a program / computer system
• encodes and manages database (inquiries and enrollment for various accounts)
• improve or modifies program /template for more efficient use
• prepares reports or data needed by the company

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or related field senior high graduates are welcome
• Must be proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc)
• Must possess analytic and logical skills be keen to details
• Must possess programming skills and be willing to teach co workers how to use programs/templates
