Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Operations Support Specialist (Technical Support Representative) located in Manila. The primary responsibilities include maintaining database systems, designing and modeling data structures, ensuring accuracy and functionality of databases, analyzing data for trends and anomalies, and troubleshooting and resolving database issues. The role also involves collaboration with development and IT teams to optimize database performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Database Administration and Database Design
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in working with large Databases
• Experience in Data Modeling and understanding database structures
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot database-related issues efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with database tools such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar is a plus
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork
