Database and Network Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database and Network Specialist, based in Bacoor. The specialist will manage and maintain database systems, ensure the security and integrity of company data, configure and optimize network infrastructure, and collaborate with teams to support system performance. The role will also involve routine monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.

• Proficiency in databases, database administration, and database design
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and related processes
• Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and system performance optimization is a plus
• Relevant certifications in database or network systems are advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
