Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Database Administrator located in Taguig. The Database Administrator will manage database systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities include overseeing database design, performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting, setting up and monitoring replication processes, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, this role will involve creating and managing database structures to support organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Database Administration and Databases, ensuring efficient operations and performance
• Strong skills in Database Design and implementation, ensuring optimal storage and retrieval systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve database issues effectively
• Experience with Replication processes to ensure data synchronization and consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage database security and ensure compliance with regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with database systems in a financial services setting will be an advantage
