This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, high performance, and reliability across both on-premise and cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS), while contributing to database architecture, design, and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop policies, procedures, and project plans
- Lead and mentor database teams
- Coordinate with departments and manage risks

- Handle database architecture, design, and optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science
- 10+ years of DBA experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Cloud DBA experience (Azure/AWS)
- Proficient in T-SQL/PL-SQL, scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Programming background (.NET, Python, Java, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
