Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
We are looking for a database/CRM assistant to support with:
- Data entry - CRM Property Suite
- Assisting with data cleaning and data quality control
- Internet marketing including sending out customized SMS and emails
- Follow a set of required actions upon each property listing stage
- Bulk email to find customer information and fill the information gap
- Assisting with the production of various data reports
- Researching and making up a report for different levels of management
- Assisting with setting up different email templates
- Assisting with tracking and analyzing results of different email marketing campaigns
- Continuously learning our CRM system and coming up with different approaches for improvement in data management and data quality control
- End of End-of-month report preparation
Required Experience:
- Ideally, with 3-5 years of experience already in some type of database or administration role and who enjoys working with data/numbers
- CRM experience
- Database Management
- Report presentations (graphs)
- Adobe PDF Editor
- Microsoft knowledge and its applications to a highly experienced level: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
