Own the BAU run, enhancement and roadmap for Client 360 capabilities serving SLHK (across L&H and W&P). Coordinate partners, align architecture with Asia standards, embed data governance & data quality controls, and deliver stable, incremental value to business stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Service Ownership & Roadmap Maintain BAU backlog and quarterly release plans for C360 components; meet SLO/SLA targets; reduce tech debt.
Vendor & Contract Management Lead daytoday engagement with consulting/technology partners; confirm SoW staffing and milestones with IT SMO/Procurement.
Architecture & Integration Ensure solution alignment with Asia/Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities where applicable; coordinate integration across L&H and W&P domains.
DG & DQ Integration Embed metadata, lineage, DGIA gates, and DQ scorecards into BAU releases; drive adoption jointly with the business DG Manager.
Stakeholder Management Facilitate prioritization and signoffs with business owners and compliance; publish status, risks and financials; manage benefits realization.
Data Analysis - familiar with data analysis of Insurance core platforms. Root cause analysis and create data remediation plans with cost benefits analysis.
Success Measures
Planned BAU releases delivered on schedule with zero Sev1 incidents postrelease.
Governance artefacts (metadata/lineage/DQ) complete each release and accepted at gates.
