We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Associate, Data Technician to join our pioneer Global Services Center team. This role is primarily responsible for executing routine data processing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data quality by following established procedures and operational guidelines.
This is a task-driven, back-office position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency. The role involves limited analytical judgment and does not require client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update, organize, and maintain records across internal systems and databases.
- Identify incomplete or inaccurate information and escalate issues following defined processes.
- Perform routine data quality checks and support data cleansing activities.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain documentation and trackers related to operational activities.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), data governance, and information security requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day data operations.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by providing feedback on operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accountancy, Financial Management or other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, or back-office operations is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Able to follow established procedures and work with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to learn new systems and operational processes.
