Primary Objective
Provide reliable, repeatable data preparation and processing support for audit analytics by executing clearly defined, non-judgmental tasks under standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare data for audit analytics engagements.
- Perform data sanitization and cleansing activities.
- Build and modify workflows using Alteryx.
- Upload processed data to AITS.
- Prepare CAATs (Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques) working papers.
- Run, monitor, and manage assigned tickets.
- Troubleshoot failed workflows and resolve processing issues.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within established service levels.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, or SQL (SQL is an advantage).
- Familiarity with structured datasets and file handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes.
- Comfortable working in a process-driven, SLA-based environment.
