Data/Systems Analyst - Full Onsite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Create visualizations that help stakeholders understand business performance and trends.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Document data sources, report specifications, and processes.
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing reports and dashboards.
• Support data-related projects and perform other duties as assigned.
