What you will do:
- Enterprise Data Roadmap Consulting: Translates complex business challenges into actionable data strategies spanning governance, analytics, platforms, and change management. By leading cross-functional teams and advising executives, the Data Strategist ensures data investments deliver measurable business value and long-term competitive advantage.
- Data‑Driven Performance Tracking: Use analytics and reporting to monitor execution performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Enterprise Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to align execution priorities, improve reporting workflows, and support data‑driven decision‑making at scale.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy roles, preferably within B2C companies.
- Strong background in project management, with exposure to strategy, transformation, or management consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise functions and senior leadership, supported by strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Microsoft Office, with familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data engineering fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, nationwide environment.
