Job Description

Responsible in the extract of meaningful insights and recommendations from complex datasets to drive data-driven decision making within the organization. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their data requirements and provide valuable insights to support strategic initiatives and optimize business processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Work with Brands (Mainstream), CLM and CMS teams to frame the right business questions to understand state of business & customers - answerable via Analytics.

2.Enable deep and holistic understanding of the customer via profiling - demographic, geographic, behavioral, psychographic

3.Cohort analyses, pre & post - to answer adhoc business questions / post mortem for all commercial CFUs (Mobile, Broadband, SG / EG), channels & enabling units (ie CLM, CMS)

4.Leverage and integrate both internal and external data to provide holistic insights and stories to answer pertinent business questions.

Apply data mining techniques to enable understanding of target market profile for commercial business initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 5 years experience in a similar role within the industry or domain relevant to the organization (telecom).

• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks for handling and analyzing large-scale datasets.

• Experience in SQL and/or Python and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services for data storage, processing, and analysis
