Data Solutions Architect

We're looking for a Data Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, data-driven solutions, guiding projects from early-stage planning through deployment and beyond.

You'll play a key role in shaping system architecture, advising stakeholders, and driving innovation by introducing best practices, tools, and frameworks. This is a high-impact position requiring both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills, as you'll regularly engage with internal teams and client stakeholders—including leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion engineering standards that enable faster, high-quality software delivery
• Partner with product managers, developers, and business teams to assess and improve data models and system designs
• Architect scalable, resilient solutions for distributed systems using modern frameworks and tools
• Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle—from solution design and estimation to production support
• Identify and recommend technologies that enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve overall efficiency
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with broader architectural strategies
• Support and mentor engineering teams, helping elevate their capabilities in building high-performance systems
• Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, and architecture reviews with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience across software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Proven track record designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems
• Strong background in data architecture, modeling, and system design
• Hands-on experience with multiple technologies across areas such as:

Development: Java, Go, .NET, Node.js, Python, JavaScript

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar

Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

Databases: SQL & NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Messaging Systems: Kafka, JMS, MQ

DevOps & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams
