We are seeking a highly experienced Data Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade data and business intelligence solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep expertise in Microsoft data platforms, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), take ownership of technical decisions, and guide teams through the full software and data solution lifecyclefrom architecture and modeling to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data and BI solutions
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams
- Drive architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects
- Design end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure
- Develop and optimize data models, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and performance
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within teams
- Support integration, deployment, testing, and post-go-live activities

- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
Nice to Have:
Additional Requirements- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig with a shifting schedule
- Must currently be based in the Philippines and legally authorized to work
