Key Responsibilities

Menu & Tech Maintenance

  • Building Digital Menus
    • Menu Setup: You'll handle the start-to-finish setup of our digital menus. If a new seasonal dish drops or a price changes, you're the one making sure it looks great online.
    • Tech Troubleshooting: If a platform acts up, you'll help us stay on track by reporting the error and documenting the fix so we have a clear playbook for next time.
  • Keeping Things Organized
    • Data Updates: You'll help keep our records healthy by accurately entering sales info into our systems. It's the small details that help us see the big picture!
    • Digital Filing: We're big on staying organized. You'll help keep our shared folders and files neat so the whole team can find what they need in seconds.
  • Growth & New Ideas
    • Work Smarter: We truly value your perspective! If you see a way we can do things better or faster, we want to hear it.
    • Team Spirit: As we grow, new and exciting projects will pop up. We're looking for someone who is happy to jump in and help the team succeed.
Back-Office & Admin Support

  • Platform Management
    • Digital Multitasking: You're comfortable jumping between a few different catering platforms and keeping everything organized. (If you're the type of person who always has a few tabs open and knows exactly where everything is, you'll fit right in!)
  • Day-to-Day Adjustments
    • Quick Thinking: You'll handle order updates, cancellations, and last-minute tweaks. Our goal is to stay flexible so the day runs smoothly for everyone.
  • Order Confirmation
    • The Final Check: You'll double-check order details for accuracy before they're finalized. You're the hero who makes sure the right food gets to the right place at the right time.
  • Kitchen Support
    • Clear Communication: You'll relay specific requests to the kitchen team using our internal checklists, ensuring our chefs have all the info they need to succeed.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Degree is good to have.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the food industry is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Work Hours: 9 P.M.-6 P.M., depending on business and operational needs.

Travel Requirements: Temporarily remote, but with expectations to work onsite depending on business and operational needs

Compensation And Benefits
