We're looking for a seasoned Data Security SME to help secure critical banking systems through world-class cryptographic solutions.

About the Role

As our Data Security Subject Matter Expert, you will own and drive the organization's PKI and HSM technologies. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cryptographic solutions that safeguard customer and business data.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical ownership and solving complex security challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal SME for PKI and HSM technologies
• Define and maintain PKI standards, policies, and procedures
• Design, implement, and manage HSM-based key lifecycle management
• Lead architecture and deployment of PKI solutions using best practices
• Manage and administer the Centagate Crypto module
• Integrate and maintain HSMs from Thales and Utimaco
• Troubleshoot complex issues in key generation, signing, and encryption
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed cryptographic services into applications
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and internal mandates
• Perform health checks and performance tuning of HSM environments

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Security with focus on PKI and HSM
• Proven expertise in enterprise PKI Certificate Authority platforms
• Strong experience with Thales and/or Utimaco HSMs
• Deep knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and security principles

Good-to-Have

• Experience using ITSM service management tools
• Strong professional communication skills
