Work arrangement: Onsite (IT Park, Cebu)
Work schedule: PH night shift
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of products and services.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, targeting and other business outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Presenting results in a clear manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
REQUIREMENTS
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Language: English (Verbal & Written)
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and effectively.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year experience using statistical computer languages such as Python and SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Proven Experience as Data Analyst or Data Scientist
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in discipline related to Math/Technology/Engineering/Science a plus
TRAINING
- General knowledge of Telecom business various products and brands.
- Experience in collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.

- Experienced with data visualization tools and techniques such as plotly, Tableau, Power-BI, Streamlit
- Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS preferred): Amazon Sagemaker, S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.
- Familiar with GitHub or equivalent code repositories.
