The Qualifications We Seek
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Data Science or AI/ML experience building and deploying production-ready machine learning solutions
- Strong experience with Google Vertex AI, Databricks, BigQuery, Python, and SQL
- Proven expertise in data ingestion, data modeling, ETL/ELT, feature engineering, and large-scale data pipelines
- Experience managing the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including training, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and MLOps
- Hands-on knowledge of ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
- Experience developing predictive models for customer behavior, churn, segmentation, engagement, retention, or similar use cases
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Experience in media, telecommunications, financial services, subscription businesses, or other data-intensive industries is preferred

- Analyze customer, product, subscription, and engagement data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights that support business, marketing, pricing, and operational decisions
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions to measure performance and business outcomes
- Build and enhance machine learning models for customer behavior, segmentation, engagement, and retention
- Manage the full model lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to monitoring and optimization
- Drive AI/ML experimentation, prototyping, and innovation initiatives
- Continuously improve data science processes, documentation, and development standards
- Apply emerging AI technologies and best practices to strengthen business capabilities
- Deliver high-impact data science solutions that improve revenue, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Ensure model performance, ML pipeline stability, and operational reliability
- Promote the adoption of innovative tools, methodologies, and technologies across the organization
