What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain data systems across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage retail app platform to monitor, extract, and analyze field activity data.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform raw data cleanup, validation, and organization to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and performance monitoring tools to track KPIs and operational health.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within data management workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a data operations or data management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience working with data systems in an operational or FMCG environment.
- Hands-on experience with Repsly or similar field data collection platforms.
- Prior involvement in retail projects (end-to-end), including execution, data tracking, and performance analysis.
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization within data or operations environments.
