As a Data Researcher, you will perform detailed research, gather and verify data from various public and proprietary sources, and help maintain the accuracy and relevance of our databases. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive web-based research on institutional investors, fund managers, and related entities
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Input and maintain data within company databases, adhering to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with contacts via email and phone to obtain proprietary data and build relationships
- Support ad-hoc projects and assist in the enhancement of data management processes
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in data research, finance, or related fields is advantageous but not required
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
