Data & Reports Analyst | BPO- Power Query & Power BI

Specific Position-Title of this post is :Service Delivery Report Specialist

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2PM - 11PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
• Willing to work on site in Aseana,Paranaque
• At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or IT programming roles.
• background /skill set in using the following tools: PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerQuery (Query is preferred)
• -Must have: 5+ years of experience supporting Business Process Operations environments (BPO).
• Working experience in Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage.
• Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Looker, Qlik)
• Experience in using financial management systems (e.g Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an advantage-
• Strong understanding of business process outsourcing metrics and operational workflows.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
