The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Directors of Business Development by managing schedules, preparing and maintaining documentation, and providing feedback and sales-related reports. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, coordinating the transfer of critical documents and communicating relevant information from the Business Development Team and the Management and vice-versa.
- Prepare summaries for management based on the collated data and reports from the Business Development team, including analysis on findings and probable solutions to identified issues.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements in the process
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate of Business or Marketing or Communication related degree. Graduates of BSM Communications Technology Management, Management Engineering, ARTS-BUS, Interdisciplinary Business Studies is an advantage.
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and create and interpret reports.
- A strong command of the American English language, both written and verbal.
- Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor with at least 2 years experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Services (Google Maps)
