About the role
The Data Quality & Performance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of Engineering Division data through governance of the Engineering Asset Management System (EAMS) and implementation of data quality standards. Owns the computation, validation, and reporting of Engineering Division KPIs to support performance monitoring and management decision-making. Leads structured analysis of operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Supports departmental process improvement, documentation, safety monitoring, and audit coordination to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
The role functions as the Engineering Division's data quality and performance control focal point. It ensures that all maintenance and engineering-related data within EAMS is reliable, standardized, and aligned across all Engineering departments.
It is responsible for division-wide KPI monitoring and reporting, ensuring that performance results are accurate, traceable, and supported by validated data. The role also provides analytical insights to support operational decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
At the departmental level, the role supports process documentation, standardization, and improvement. initiatives. It also assists in safety compliance monitoring and audit activities in coordination with relevant teams. Limited financial data analysis is performed to support engineering performance reviews.
