About the role
Delegated with the responsibility for supervising and executing information security controls and strategies. Assists the information security head in overseeing company's data protection strategy and its implementation.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure and data protection section head is responsible for:
- assisting the information security head in designing, implementing, managing, and reviewing information security policy, procedures, standards, baselines and guidelines and monitor compliance
- coordinating information security activities across the organization and reporting results of such activities to information security head and appropriate reporting channel.
- assisting in defining and managing platform, application, and data security requirements of the organization.
- leading team in ensuring remediation for assessed and detected vulnerabilities and cybersecurity threats are done on timely manner.
- conducting risk assessments in coordination with ISD Head, Access Management Security Operations, and authorized 3rd parties to identify critical assets, risk exposures and recommend solutions to mitigate the risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/it-related course.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in all aspects of information security operations and IT project management.
