Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Executing business processes within required timelines with great attention to detail
- Identifying opportunities for process refinement and improvement
- Compiling and submitting database updates via the Jira ticketing system
- Reviewing and validating customer data
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing
- Displaying high degree of ownership for data integrity and analytics tool configuration
- Partnering with cross functional partners to drive overall business objectives
- Participating in new hire training and peer coaching
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (Required)
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an analytics-based role (Required)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience using PowerBI and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
- Working well in a cross-functional environment and building support across a complex set of stakeholders(Required)
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users (Required)
- Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry (Preferred)
Other Details:
- Shift Must be available in Mid shift
- Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026).
- Location is in Paranaque
- The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
- Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially Subject for extension and renewal)
