The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processor to support market research projects through survey programming, data preparation, and analysis. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, structure, and usability for client reporting and insights.
You will work closely with the Research Team Lead, Programming team, and other internal stakeholders to execute studies efficiently, manage datasets, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Location: Must be in Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ to C1)
Timezone: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Market Research Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in data processing, data management or market research operations
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar tools
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and applied problem solving is required
- In-depth knowledge of L&E-specific software programs is required, as well as proficiency in:
- Qualtrics and/or similar survey tools
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Internet and Email
- JMP Statistical Software or SPSS (preferred)
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and preparation of structured and unstructured datasets, including open ended responses
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities
Data Creation
- Partner with the Research Team Lead on programming options utilizing Qualtrics
- With the Research Team Lead, create the data plan for the study. The data plan outlines what data is due to whom and when, as well as the breakouts that will be included
- Assist in developing the analysis plan for the project to record all questions, re-code values, and show correlations between datasets within a project
- In collaboration with the Programming Department, program surveys
- Distribute surveys with an understanding of embedding data (both before the survey launches and within the survey programming), quotas, and complex design options
- Create crosstabs, Word documents with organized open-ended data, and cleaned data for clients for each survey
- Create data sets necessary for JMP conversion
- Complete the actual JMP conversion
- Set up open-ended data analysis
- Code voluntaries, as needed
- Create Individual Panelist Sheets as needed for related discussions
Panel Management
- Track the panel, panelist engagement, and completion
- Track and file all signed documents from panelists and each piece of research collected
- In partnership with the Facility Manager, set up additional support items such as AV collection, naming of files, etc.
Other Required Responsibilities
- Complete all training course assignments issued by IT and adhere to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 20252:2019 standards
