Data Privacy Specialist

Role Overview

The Privacy Specialist supports the DPO in overseeing UnionDigital's data privacy and protection practices, ensuring compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy laws. This individual will work closely with the relevant project teams for the accomplishment and evaluation of Privacy Impact Assessments, and monitoring of identified privacy risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, or Information Security
• Proven experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) / Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)
• Hands-on experience in managing and resolving data privacy incidents and breaches
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local data privacy law
