Role Description

Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.

Summary:

 As a Data Platform Engineer, you will spend your day contributing to the design and development of data platform components, ensuring seamless integration across various systems. You will work closely with architects and other stakeholders to align data models and platform blueprints, facilitating efficient data flow and accessibility. Your role involves continuous collaboration and coordination to support the evolving needs of the data platform environment.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

 - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall productivity.

- Support the development and implementation of best practices within the team.

- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any challenges that arise during execution.

 Professional & Technical Skills:

 - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.

- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and platform architecture.

- Experience with data modeling and ensuring data quality across systems.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their operational frameworks.

- Ability to analyze complex data flows and optimize platform performance.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues efficiently.

 Additional Information:

 - The candidate should have a minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
