We're looking for friendly, positive customer service agents whom we call Data Operators to join our data collection team in Cubao. The target start date is September 7.
You'll play a key role in running human neuroscience research, assisting participants, and working hands-on with advanced research equipment. This is a full-time position (5 days a week, shifting schedule (Monday to Sunday) located in Aurora, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide participants through the study process, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to session completion
- Operate and calibrate advanced multi-sensor equipment for neuroscience research
- Collect and accurately record participant data, maintaining high standards of detail and confidentiality
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and data systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and ensure efficient data lab management
Requirements:
- At least a year of experience in any customer service role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Filipino
- Tech-savvy, with experience using hardware and software tools in a research or operational setting
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a service-oriented role
- Passionate about neurotechnology and eager to contribute to innovative research
